The program "Walk Around China" entered the National Advanced Functional Fiber Innovation Center and focused on the "one breath" innovation test of the innovation center. In the innovation center, scientific researchers are solving the problems faced by human beings through the reaction test of bottles, bottles and cans, exploring the application of carbon dioxide into fibers, and turning carbon dioxide into exploitable resources. When carbon dioxide is converted into carbon nanofibers through electro catalytic heat treatment technology abroad, the scientific research team of the Innovation Center is also launching an impact on this topic. After more than a year of intense work, after numerous tests and adjustments, through a series of reactions, carbon dioxide is successfully converted into functional polyester fibers, providing a green plan for the textile industry to reduce carbon emissions.

The National Advanced Functional Fiber Innovation Center, led by Shenghong Holding Group, is the first national manufacturing innovation center led by private enterprises in China. Centering on the principle of "building an innovation chain through industrial chain", the Innovation Center Alliance has attracted more than 160 members from key enterprises, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and other constituent units in the industry, focused on scientific and technological research and development in high-end fiber materials and textiles, functional fiber new materials, cutting-edge fiber new materials and other fields, and built a scientific and technological platform from basic research, technological development, product manufacturing Innovation alliance of full innovation chain for commercial application.

At present, Shenghong has built the world's first low-carbon circular green industrial chain of "carbon dioxide capture and utilization - green ethylene glycol - functional polyester fiber", and created a carbon capture fiber brand. The project has won the "International Textile Federation Sustainability and Innovation Award". The technology captures carbon dioxide emitted from industrial production and further converts it into fiber grade ethylene glycol through chemical reaction; It has also developed direct "esterification polycondensation" and melt composite direct spinning processes to prepare flexible, ultra-fine, UV resistant and other functional polyester fiber products, which have been successfully applied in the field of textiles and clothing, realizing the recycling of carbon resources, and playing a leading and exemplary role in the sustainable development of the textile industry. It is estimated that the carbon emission of fiber made of carbon dioxide is 28.4% lower than that of raw fiber.
