Shenzhen Textile A (000045): Supervisor Resigns

In March 15, 2019, the company received the resignation report of Zou Zhiwei, the supervisor of the company. Because of the change of his job, Zou Zhiwei resigned from the supervisory board of the seventh supervisory board. Zou Zhiwei would not hold any post in the company after he resigned.

According to the statute of the company, the board of supervisors is composed of 3 supervisors. Zou Zhiwei's resignation will result in less than the statutory minimum number of board members of the board of supervisors. His resignation application will come into force after the shareholders' meeting elects the new supervisor.

Zou Zhiwei will continue to perform the duties of the supervisor before the new supervisor is elected by election.

Until the announcement date, Zou Zhiwei did not directly or indirectly hold shares in the company.
