During the event, Sun Huaibin, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, made a report on the main theme of the pformation and upgrading of China's textile industry.

Professor Shao Jianzhong of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University introduces the current situation and development trend of the printing and dyeing industry, analyzes and discusses the technical problems existing in the industry, and puts emphasis on the application and development of new technologies for energy saving and emission reduction.

After nearly ten years of scientific and technological tackling, Professor Shao Jianzhong has independently developed non-aqueous medium dyeing and structural coloring technology. The reactive dyes of cotton fabrics can be achieved without salt. The water saving rate is over 90%, the adhesion rate is over 90%, and the dye uptake is 100%.

Professor Shao Jianzhong, a professor at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, said: "subversive change has completely changed the original dyeing and finishing condition. We are also constantly researching and developing it. From the beginning of the laboratory to the present, we can say that there is such a prospect of industrialization.

And we are working hard to join hands with our industry to push this technology to industrialization. "

Textile industry is a pillar industry and important livelihood industry in our city.

At present, the textile industry in our city mainly includes four major industries, including chemical fiber, weaving, printing and dyeing, clothing and apparel, etc., forming PTA, polyester, spinning, middle reaches weaving, printing and dyeing, and downstream.

A complete industrial chain, such as clothing, home textiles, industrial textiles, etc., supporting textile professionals represented by China Textile City and Qian Ching textile raw materials market.

It has become the most complete and competitive textile industrial cluster in the domestic industry chain.

According to statistics, there are more than 1800 Textile Enterprises above Designated Size, with an annual output value of over 360 billion yuan, accounting for about 36% of the total industry in the city, accounting for about 33% of the same industry in the province.

While supporting economic development and bringing benefits, textile printing and dyeing industry, as a typical representative of traditional industries, is also faced with problems such as rising cost of production factors, increasing pressure on ecological environment, overcapacity of low-end textiles and so on.

Sun Huaibin, vice president of the China Textile Industry Federation, said: "how to make technology go up and how to develop the green industry, how can it still be fashionable? If we can integrate these three new labels and three new positioning into our textile industry development process, I think Shaoxing's industrial upgrading will not be far away.
