Leasing platform Rentthe Runway has been expanding its offline business in recent years. Recently, two co founders Jennifer Hyman and Jennifer Fleiss opened a new flagship store with an area of about 460 square meters in New York.

The new flagship store is located at 30 West 15 street, New York.

The store is built on the basis of the consumer shopping data obtained by the company from the official website and mobile phone app. The purpose is to enable consumers to enjoy luxury goods at the price of the people, and to enhance the shopping experience of the platform.

It can be said that every detail inside the shop is for the convenience of consumers.

Experience: when you enter the store, you will first get a customized shopping experience based on online shopping mode, and then enter Rentthe Runway "dream Wardrobe".

At the entrance, the consumer can provide the clothing information you want (such as style, color, size, suitable occasion), and there is a storage box RTRPostBox on the side to store personal items at the time of trial.

There are 60 fitting rooms in the store. If the waiting queue is too long, consumers can choose to receive the call sign by SMS.

The entire retail area is designed to be a giant walk-in wardrobe with 200 thousand touchscreens for the consumer search platform.

Here, consumers feel that they are in the changing wardrobe of the heroine of the American comedy "Clueless".

According to the world clothing shoes and hats net, store goods in this store are kept at about 4000 pieces, updated daily.

Consumers can also book the try on styles through app.

The two founder is a classmate at Harvard Business School.

At first, Rentthe Runway was a pure electronic business platform. At present, Rentthe Runway has two stores in New York, and several other entities are located in California (2), Washington, D.C. (1), Nevada Las Vegas (1), Chicago, Illinois (1).

In July 2014, the platform launched a monthly rental service Unlimited of US $99 per month. Each consumer can receive three items. After the use is finished, it will be returned without mail, and Rentthe Runway will be responsible for dry cleaning.

But because of late losses, the monthly fee has been raised to $139 a month.

Rentthe Runway currently offers more than 100 thousand dresses and 25 thousand accessories, and has collaborated with more than 400 designers such as Badgley Mischka, Derek Lam, Jason Wu, Naeem Kahn and Giambattista Giambattista.

Last month, Rentthe Runway opened the "dream Wardrobe" rental clothing store with an area of about 230 square meters inside the Neiman Marcus San Francisco flagship store.

The launch of the service increased sales of Neiman Marcus in a matter of weeks.

Neiman Marcus's CEO Karen Katz introduces that most of the customers who drive consumption are new customers. When they rent their dress here, they usually go to other floors to buy matching shoes, handbags and so on. Neiman Marcus plans to add more Rentthe Runway stores next year.

As of November last year, Rentthe Runway has received $126 million in venture capital, valued at $500 million.
