In the spinning process, the drafting mechanism can not effectively control the fibers of different lengths.

Some fibers are out of control and float for a long time, which constitute the main part of planktonic fibers.

The more floating fibers, the more serious the uneven formation.

If there is a difference in the lint producing area of the textile mill and the length difference is bigger, besides the short fiber content, we should pay attention to the length uniformity of the fiber and reduce the length difference of the cotton in different places.
