Chemical Fiber Association PVA Vinylon Specialized Chemical Fiber

China Chemical Fiber Industry Association PVA vinylon Specialized Committee 2010 and the twenty-fourth meeting of the editorial board of vinylon newsletter were held in Guiyang, Guizhou in from October 15 to 19, 2010.

Ye Yongmao, chief technology adviser of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, delivered a speech, introduced the development of chemical fiber industry and the basic contents of the "12th Five-Year plan" of chemical fiber, analyzed the situation faced by China's PVA Vinylon Industry, and put forward the guiding opinions of industry development from aspects of industrial policies, laws and regulations, technological innovation, marketing strategy, information resources and industry collaboration.

On behalf of the Specialized Committee, Secretary General Qiu Tianrong reported to the general assembly about its work for the past year and its work plan for next year, and introduced the basic contents of the 12th Five-Year plan of polyvinyl alcohol and Vinylon Industry.

Li Yuan, President of the Vigny Lun Plant Research Institute in Sichuan, made a work report on behalf of the editorial board and Editorial Department of "vinylon newsletter".

The Specialized Committee's 13 member units reported to the General Assembly on the production and operation of the company from 2009 to the first half of 2010 and the next year's work plan.

The conference held special subject lectures and special technical seminars for invited representatives of experts and professors.

The General Assembly passed the appointment of Ye Yongmao, the chief technology adviser of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, as the honorary chairman of PVA polyvinyl chloride Specialized Committee of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association.
