Zhong Youping, deputy director of the State Administration for Industry and commerce, said on 10 th that in the future, we should vigorously promote the development of farmers' professional cooperatives by improving the organization and scale of agricultural production and operation, promoting agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers' income.


It mainly includes the following six measures:


First, we should further improve the registration management procedures and improve the registration procedures.

Two, we should increase the publicity of policies and regulations for farmers' professional cooperatives, and guide more farmers to join the social office voluntarily.

The three is to give full play to the comprehensive management functions such as trademarks, advertisements, contracts, and consumer protection in the industry and commerce departments, so as to boost the development of farmers' professional cooperatives.

Four, we should support and guide farmers' professional cooperatives to carry out various forms of technical cooperation with universities and research institutes, promote the combination of production, teaching, research, agriculture, science and education, and speed up the pformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.

Five, we must strictly enforce the regulations on the registration of farmers' professional cooperatives without charge.

Six, we should explore ways and means to properly regulate the management and operation of farmers' professional cooperatives.
