Fire prevention rules:


1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall. Violators should be punished severely according to circumstances.


2, keep the passageways open, and the width of the main passageway should not be less than 3 meters. The evacuation door must be opened and unblocked. It is strictly prohibited to display and display samples before passageway and building (electric) ladder.


3, strictly prohibit scrambling, pulling wires and installing electrical equipment without authorization. If it is necessary for the installer to declare, it must be declared in advance and arranged by the venue. If it is installed on its own, it must be audited and approved by the venue. The electrician must be certified. It is necessary to use non combustible wires and comply with electricity safety regulations when installing.


4, self decoration exhibition hall, build booths, Exhibition booth (scaffolding), billboards (shelves), grips (hands and feet) must be declared to the venues. After written approval, construction can be completed. Decoration materials Flame retardant splint or non combustible materials should be used. The advertising light boxes should have cooling holes and meet fire safety requirements. Otherwise, it will be regarded as illegal and ordered to be demolished.


5. During construction, decoration and exhibition, no fire fighting facilities such as fire hydrants can be obstructed, diverted, occupied or damaged. Any object must be kept clear of the ceiling for more than 0.8 meters. No object should affect the function of sprinkler head and smoke detector.


6. Strictly prohibit the use of electric cooker, electric kettle, electric iron, iodine tungsten lamp and other high-power lamps in the exhibition hall. Neon lamps are strictly prohibited on the two floor.


7. It is strictly prohibited to bring dangerous goods into the exhibition area. For example, fireworks, firecrackers, gasoline, tin, water, alcohol, gas, hydrogen, oxygen and dangerous and highly toxic chemical products are only substitutes for such exhibits. If the construction and performance are necessary, it must be submitted to the security department for approval before and when it is used.


8, the packing boxes, sundries, paper scraps and extra samples must be cleaned and shipped out of the exhibition hall in time. No storage will be allowed in the stalls, the top of the cabinet and the back of the wall. Violators shall be punished and ordered to be cleaned up.


9, do well the clearance work to ensure safety after class. The main points are:


1) clean up flammable sundries, fire and other hazards.


2) cut off the power supply.


3) close doors and windows.


10. If fire work is required (Ming Huo, electric welding, gas welding), it must be declared to the Ministry of security beforehand, and the fire certificate can be approved for construction or performance.


11. During the exhibition period, the vehicle carrying the sample will be temporarily parked at the designated place after the vehicle enters the exhibition hall. When carrying the exhibits out of the exhibition hall, they must issue a release slip, which will be released after inspection by the doormen.


12, the vehicle entering the exhibition area must obey the command of traffic management personnel, and drive according to the prescribed route, and park at the designated location.


Anti theft rules:


1, be vigilant to prevent samples from being stolen. Samples of valuable and small exhibition must be locked in the cabinet. Personal valuables, especially cash, cell phones, passports, identity cards, etc., should be carried and kept in good order to prevent theft.


2, abide by the law and discipline, civilized business. Keep calm when exhibiting conflicts between customers and customers. If there is a row, fight, theft, fire, etc., report promptly and take the initiative to cooperate with the on-site security personnel.


3, exhibitors conduct business activities in accordance with the prescribed time. If overtime is required, they must be declared to the exhibition hall service department within 3 hours prior to the closure of the exhibition hall.


4, when the exhibition is withdrawn, it is necessary to look after its own articles; the exhibits will be removed from the exhibition hall and must be released according to the release lines of the contractors.
